Returns and refunds

TNTORQUE LLC accepts return requests within 30 days of delivery. To request a return, email sales@tntorque.com with your order number, the item, and the reason for return. For damage, defects, or an incorrect item, include photos so we can coordinate with the supplier.

Please contact us before shipping anything back. We will provide return authorization, a return label, and the correct return destination. Do not send returns to our business address without instructions. Keep the original packaging, accessories, and order information available.

For approved SainSmart returns, there is no return-label fee or restocking fee under our current supplier return arrangements. Return approval and instructions are coordinated with the supplier.

Once the supplier confirms the return and refund, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

Cancellations
Contact sales@tntorque.com as soon as possible to request cancellation. Orders already processed or shipped may need to follow the return process. We will confirm whether cancellation is possible.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
