Shipping and delivery

TNTORQUE LLC sells SainSmart CNC equipment fulfilled through our supplier. Product availability, shipping services, and rates depend on the selected item, warehouse, and delivery address.

Shipping rates
Available shipping options and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout before payment. Free standard shipping applies only to eligible U.S. orders when offered at checkout. Remote locations, special delivery requirements, and freight shipments may have different rates or availability.

Delivery timing
Processing and transit times vary by product, destination, and carrier. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout is an estimate. If an item requires special delivery arrangements or becomes unavailable, we will contact you about the available options. Orders containing multiple items may arrive separately.

Tracking and delivery details
Tracking information is provided when available after shipment. Please enter a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information. For heavy CNC equipment, check the product listing and selected shipping service for delivery requirements.

International orders
Delivery outside the United States is available only where a shipping service is offered at checkout. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or carrier clearance charges are the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly included in the checkout total.

Shipping issues
If your shipment is delayed, missing, damaged, or incorrect, contact sales@tntorque.com with your order number and relevant photos. We will work with the supplier and carrier to resolve the issue.
