Products and orders
Review the product description, specifications, selected variant, and delivery requirements before ordering. Product availability and prices may change. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise shown. Applicable taxes and shipping charges appear at checkout before payment. Please provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information.
Order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If a product becomes unavailable or an order contains a pricing or listing error, we will contact you to resolve it, offer an alternative with your agreement, or cancel and refund the affected order.
Fulfillment and shipping
SainSmart products are fulfilled through our supplier. Shipping options, rates, and any estimates are shown at checkout where available. Please read our Shipping policy for delivery details and contact us before ordering if you need special arrangements.
Returns, cancellations, and refunds
Our Return and refund policy explains the 30-day return-request period and how to request authorization. Contact us promptly to request cancellation. Do not ship returns without the return instructions provided for your order.

CNC equipment requires proper assembly, training, supervision, and safety precautions. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions and use appropriate protective equipment. You are responsible for selecting equipment suitable for your intended use and complying with applicable laws. Any manufacturer warranty is governed by its stated terms; contact us for help with a product issue.
